Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated:

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how customers of STACKPLY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Stackply”, “we”, “us”) can cancel a subscription renewal and when a refund may be issued for fees paid for our software services. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

At a glance

7 days
Window to request a refund, counted in calendar days from the relevant transaction
5–10 days
Business days within which an approved refund is initiated
Original method
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used
Before renewal

Once a subscribed product has been used in any way, its subscription fee is non-refundable. Fees are also generally non-refundable once access is activated, except for the payment errors listed in Section 4. To cancel or request a refund, email info@stackplysolutions.com from your registered account email.

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscription and plan fees paid to STACKPLY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for access to our software services, including the BlueComEx ecosystem, through our website or an invoice issued by us.

Separately contracted or custom services, such as implementation, configuration, training or bespoke development, are governed by the terms of the agreement or quotation for those services. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the specific agreement prevails.

2. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel the future renewal of your subscription at any time before your next renewal or payment date. To cancel, email info@stackplysolutions.com from the email address registered to your account, stating your organisation’s legal name and the plan you wish to cancel. Please send your request before the renewal date so that we can process it in time.

When a cancellation is accepted:

  • the subscription will not renew, and no further fees will be charged for later periods;
  • where your plan operates on a paid-period basis, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period;
  • the cancellation does not retroactively cancel a period that has already begun or been consumed; and
  • cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

We will confirm cancellation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation before your renewal date, please contact us again or call +91 7550051188.

3. General Refund Position

Our services are digital software services that are made available to you as soon as access is activated. Accordingly, subscription and plan fees are generally non-refundable after activation, except as set out in Section 4 or where a refund is required by applicable law.

No refund after usage. If the subscribed product has been used in any way during the subscription (for example, signing in, entering project data, or generating a calculation, drawing or report), the fee for that subscription is non-refundable. This applies whatever the extent of the usage. The duplicate-payment and billing-error cases in Section 4 are not affected, because they concern amounts charged in error rather than the subscription itself.

4. When a Refund May Be Issued

We will consider a refund request, subject to verification, in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same invoice, plan or period;
  • Proven billing error — you were charged an amount that does not match the agreed price or invoice, and the error is confirmed by our records;
  • Service not provisioned — your payment was captured but access to the service was not provisioned, and the failure was due solely to Stackply;
  • Required by law — a refund is required under applicable law; or
  • Approved in writing — any other case that Stackply approves in writing at its discretion.

A refund in one case does not create an obligation to issue refunds in similar cases. Where only part of a payment is affected, for example an overcharged amount, the refund will be limited to that part.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

To the extent permitted by law, the following are not refundable:

  • any subscription in which the subscribed product has been used, to any extent;
  • subscription periods that have already been used or consumed;
  • partial periods, including the remainder of a period after cancellation;
  • a change of mind after access has been activated;
  • access that was available to you but not used by your choice;
  • fees for periods during which your access was suspended or terminated because of a material breach of our Terms & Conditions;
  • taxes, duties and charges that are not refundable to us by the relevant authority or provider; and
  • separately contracted or custom services, which are governed by their own terms.

6. Refund Request Window

A refund request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of the relevant transaction. Requests received after this window will not be considered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email info@stackplysolutions.com from your registered account email with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • your organisation’s legal name;
  • the email address registered to your account;
  • the transaction ID and transaction date;
  • the amount paid; and
  • the reason for the request, with any supporting details such as a bank statement extract.

You may also call us on +91 7550051188 for help with a request. We may ask for further information to verify the transaction and your authority to act for the account holder before we decide on a request.

8. Refund Processing and Timelines

We review each request and inform you of our decision by email. If a refund is approved, Stackply will initiate it within 5–10 business days of approval.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Once initiated, the time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on the payment gateway, card network and your bank, and may take longer than our initiation timeline.
  • Stackply does not control when your bank or card issuer posts the refund to your account. If a refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, please contact your bank with the refund reference we provide, and let us know if you need further help.

9. Failed Transactions

If money was debited from your account but the payment failed or was not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway according to their own timelines. If the reversal does not reach you, contact us at info@stackplysolutions.com with the transaction reference, date and amount, and we will help you trace it with our payment provider.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at info@stackplysolutions.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly once we can review the transaction with you. Where a dispute or chargeback is raised, we will work with the payment provider and your bank to resolve it and may share the relevant transaction records with them for that purpose.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Changes apply to transactions made after the updated policy is published.
